An answering service that knows your business

An AI answering service picks up your business calls when you cannot and records what the caller wants. The Genesis Voice Agents version is trained on one business — your services, your hours, your service area, your emergency rules — so callers get a useful answer instead of a message-taker. Every call ends with a written summary on your phone and, where you allow it, a booked slot.

What "trained on your business" means in practice

  • It knows you do not cover a town forty minutes away, and says so politely.
  • It knows your Saturday hours and your July shutdown week.
  • It knows the three services you want more of, and the one you have stopped offering.
  • It knows the flat call-out fee you have published, and quotes only that.

What arrives on your phone

One text per call: the caller's name and number, the address, one sentence on the job, and a flag if it matched your urgent rule. Long enough to make a decision, short enough to read at a red light — parked.

Cost behaviour

Per-minute answering services bill you most in your busiest month. This is $249 flat, so a hailstorm week costs the same as a quiet one.

What happens when you start

  1. You send three fields. The next screen is the confirmation step, not a thank-you page.
  2. On that screen you enter a card for the $1 validation charge, and you read the trial terms before you agree to them.
  3. Within one business hour you get a text and an email from a named person at Genesis Voice Agents with a link to a 15-minute call.
  4. On that call we take your hours, services, service area, and the three questions callers ask most. We do not need your passwords or your phone carrier login.
  5. Your agent answers live within two business days, on your existing business number.

Full timing, wording and cancellation detail is on the free trial page.

Questions people ask before starting

How is this different from the answering service I used before?
A traditional service reads a script from a call centre and emails you a message. This is trained on your services, your hours and your service area, answers in seconds at 2am, and books into your calendar rather than taking a name and number.
Do I get recordings and transcripts?
You get a written summary of every call by text. Recordings and full transcripts are kept in your account so you can check exactly what was said if a job goes sideways.
What about spam and robocalls?
They are answered and closed out without reaching you, and are marked as junk in the summary so your list of real calls stays readable.
Who contacts me, and when, if I sign up?
A named specialist within one business hour of the confirmation step, by text and email, with one link to book the 15-minute setup call.
