Voice AI for small business, built for you

Voice AI is software that holds a spoken conversation on the phone. For a small service business the useful version answers the line, understands the job, and writes it down. Genesis Voice Agents builds that for one business at a time: we do the configuration, you keep a dashboard with hours, a promo line, a notice and an on/off switch.

Why most owners never get round to this

The self-serve tools hand you a blank script and a page of settings. An owner with six jobs booked for tomorrow is not going to spend Thursday night writing dialogue trees, so the tab stays open for a month and then closes.

Our answer is to do that work and leave you the four things that actually change.

What you are responsible for

  • Answering our questions once, on a 15-minute call.
  • Listening to the test recording and saying yes or asking for a change.
  • Updating hours in the dashboard when you close for a holiday.

That is the whole list. Everything else is on us, including the parts that break.

What happens when you start

  1. You send three fields. The next screen is the confirmation step, not a thank-you page.
  2. On that screen you enter a card for the $1 validation charge, and you read the trial terms before you agree to them.
  3. Within one business hour you get a text and an email from a named person at Genesis Voice Agents with a link to a 15-minute call.
  4. On that call we take your hours, services, service area, and the three questions callers ask most. We do not need your passwords or your phone carrier login.
  5. Your agent answers live within two business days, on your existing business number.

Full timing, wording and cancellation detail is on the free trial page.

Questions people ask before starting

I'm not a technical person. Is this going to be a project?
Your part is one 15-minute call and a listen to the recording before go-live. We write the script, connect the calendar and set the forwarding. Afterwards the only screen you use has four controls on it.
How small is too small for this?
A one-van business is a normal customer. The smaller the business, the more calls arrive while the owner has their hands full, which is the exact problem this solves.
Can I keep answering the phone myself when I want to?
Yes. Your handset rings first, and the agent picks up only the calls you do not. Many owners run it that way for months before switching to full answering.
What if my business changes — new service, new hours, new area?
Hours and short-term notices are yours to change in the dashboard. A new service or a wider service area is a message to us and is usually live the same business day.
