Cancellation policy

Cancelling Genesis Voice Agents takes one click in the dashboard. Future billing stops at that moment, the phone agent is paused, and call forwarding is removed so your business number behaves as it did before signup. Your account data is held for a disclosed retention window in case you want an export, then deleted.

The sequence when you click cancel

  1. Future charges stop immediately. No further monthly $249 payment is taken.
  2. The agent stops answering within seconds.
  3. Forwarding is removed from your business line the same day.
  4. Your account is queued for deprovisioning and the isolated account is closed.
  5. Data is retained for the disclosed window, then deleted.

Pausing instead of cancelling

If you are only going quiet for a season, the on/off toggle stops call answering without closing the account, so your build, your greeting and your rules are still there when you switch it back on.

Questions people ask before starting

How do I cancel?
Open the dashboard and click cancel once. There is no retention call, no email form and no notice period.
What happens to my phone line the moment I cancel?
Call forwarding is removed, so your business number rings your own handset and voicemail exactly as it did before you signed up. Your number never left your carrier.
What happens to the website tune-up you did?
Any changes made to your own website stay on your website; they are yours. Nothing is removed or reverted when the phone service ends.
What happens to my call recordings and contacts?
They are retained for the disclosed retention window so you can request an export, then deleted along with your account. Ask through the contact page if you want them sooner.
