The calls you miss are jobs your competitor books

This page is about the calls that never reach you during the working day: the ones that come while you are under a sink, on a roof, or driving between jobs. Genesis Voice Agents answers those calls on your existing number after the ring count you set, captures the address and the problem, and texts you a summary you read when your hands are free.

Where the calls actually go

A homeowner with a leaking water heater calls three plumbers in six minutes. The first answer wins. Your phone rang at 10:41 while you were tightening a fitting; by 10:47 the job belonged to whoever picked up.

The same pattern hits garage door companies during a cold snap and dentists on a Monday morning when the front desk is checking someone in.

What changes when the agent is on

  • Your phone still rings first. You set how many rings before the agent takes over.
  • The agent answers with your business name and asks what happened.
  • It gets the address, the callback number, and whether it is urgent.
  • You get a text with those three things and the caller's words.
  • You call back knowing whether it is a $180 valve or a $4,000 replacement.

Check the arithmetic on your own numbers

Count the unknown numbers in your call log from the past seven days that you never returned. Multiply by your average job value. Compare that to $249 a month. This is an illustration using your figures, not a result we are promising.

What happens when you start

  1. You send three fields. The next screen is the confirmation step, not a thank-you page.
  2. On that screen you enter a card for the $1 validation charge, and you read the trial terms before you agree to them.
  3. Within one business hour you get a text and an email from a named person at Genesis Voice Agents with a link to a 15-minute call.
  4. On that call we take your hours, services, service area, and the three questions callers ask most. We do not need your passwords or your phone carrier login.
  5. Your agent answers live within two business days, on your existing business number.

Full timing, wording and cancellation detail is on the free trial page.

Questions people ask before starting

How many of my missed calls are actually worth money?
Look at your call log for last week and count the unknown numbers you never rang back. Each of those was someone with a problem and a phone in their hand. The agent turns that list into text summaries with an address attached.
Doesn't voicemail already cover this?
Voicemail catches the caller who is willing to leave a message. Most people with an urgent job simply hang up and dial the next listing, and you never learn they called.
What if I want to answer the calls I can get to?
Your phone rings first. Forwarding only sends the call to the agent after the ring count you choose, so the calls you can take are still yours.
Will I get a text for every single call, including junk?
You get a summary for every call, and the junk ones are labelled as such in the first line, so a sales call is a two-second glance rather than an interruption.
