Start a risk-free trial

The trial gives a small service business a working phone agent on its existing number, built and trained by Genesis Voice Agents rather than assembled by the owner. Signing up takes three fields. A $1 card check happens on the confirmation step, monthly billing at $249 starts only when the trial ends, and cancelling is one click in the dashboard.

Exactly what happens next

  1. Screen you see next: the confirmation step, headed "Confirm your trial", listing the trial length, the $1 validation charge, the $249 monthly price and the date billing would begin. The card field is on that screen.
  2. Message you receive, within one business hour: a text that reads "This is [name] from Genesis Voice Agents. Here's the link to book your 15-minute setup call: [link]" and the same content by email.
  3. Who contacts you: the named setup specialist assigned to your build, not an anonymous queue. You reply to that same number for the rest of the setup.
  4. What we need: hours, services, service area, emergency rules, and the three questions your callers ask most. What we do not need: carrier logins, passwords, bank details, or access to your website host.
  5. Agent goes live: within two business days of that call, after we test it and you have heard a recording of it answering.
  6. Turning it off: the dashboard toggle stops call answering instantly and leaves everything else in place. Cancelling stops future billing and removes forwarding.

Trial disclosures, in plain words

  • The trial includes the full build, the live agent, texts on every call and the dashboard.
  • Billing at $249 starts the day after the trial period ends, not before.
  • The $1 charge is a card check taken at signup and shown before you agree.
  • Cancelling during the trial stops any future charge, pauses the agent, and returns your line to the way it behaved before.

The dashboard you get on day one

Hours, promo, notice, on/off. If you close for a funeral on a Thursday, you set it that morning and the agent tells callers you are back Friday.

Questions people ask before starting

What exactly happens after I fill in the trial form on this page?
The confirmation step loads on the same visit. It restates the trial length, the $1 card check, the $249 price when billing starts, and the cancellation route, then asks for the card. Nothing is charged monthly until the trial ends.
Why do you ask for a card at all during a trial?
Because a card check filters out fake signups, and building an agent costs us a person's afternoon. The check is $1, shown before you agree, not hidden at the end.
What do you need from me during the trial?
One 15-minute call, and a reply if we ask about an edge case such as after-hours pricing. We do not need your carrier password, your bank, or access to your website's host.
What if I don't like it — how do I cancel, and what happens then?
Open the dashboard, click cancel once. Future billing stops the same second, the agent is paused, and forwarding on your business number is removed so calls ring your phone exactly as before.
Can I keep my existing number and my voicemail?
Yes. Your number stays with your carrier. Your voicemail stays in place as the fallback if you ever turn the agent off.
