What an AI receptionist costs

AI receptionist pricing comes in three shapes: per minute, per call, and flat monthly. Genesis Voice Agents charges a flat $249 per month for one business, plus a one-off $1 card check at signup. There is no setup fee, no charge for nights or weekends, and no contract term, so the bill does not spike in your busiest month.

The three pricing shapes, and who they suit

  • Per minute. Cheap in a dead month, painful in a storm week. Suits a business with very few calls.
  • Per call. Predictable per unit, but a two-minute junk call costs the same as a booked job.
  • Flat monthly. One line on the card statement, unaffected by volume. This is what we do.

Working out payback

Write down your average job value. Write down how many calls a month currently go unanswered — the unknown numbers you never returned. Multiply, then set the result against $249. If one recovered job a month clears the fee, the decision is a small one. This is arithmetic for you to check, not a claimed outcome.

Costs people forget to count

  • The evening hours you spend returning calls instead of eating dinner.
  • The job lost because the second caller heard a busy tone.
  • The empty slot nobody reminded the customer about.

What happens when you start

  1. You send three fields. The next screen is the confirmation step, not a thank-you page.
  2. On that screen you enter a card for the $1 validation charge, and you read the trial terms before you agree to them.
  3. Within one business hour you get a text and an email from a named person at Genesis Voice Agents with a link to a 15-minute call.
  4. On that call we take your hours, services, service area, and the three questions callers ask most. We do not need your passwords or your phone carrier login.
  5. Your agent answers live within two business days, on your existing business number.

Full timing, wording and cancellation detail is on the free trial page.

Questions people ask before starting

Why won't you show a number on this page?
The monthly figure is being set and we would rather show the token $249 than publish a price we then change. The structure — flat monthly, no per-minute billing, no setup fee — is already fixed.
Are there charges beyond the monthly fee?
A $1 card check at signup, shown on the confirmation screen before you agree. Nothing per call, nothing per minute, nothing for weekends or holidays.
How should I decide whether it pays for itself?
Use one number you already know: the value of an average job. If the agent captures one job a month you would otherwise have lost, compare that value against the monthly fee and decide from there.
Does the price rise as my call volume grows?
No. Growth in call volume does not change the fee for a single business location.
