Stop losing money today from calls nobody answered

Genesis Voice Agents builds and runs an AI phone agent for small service businesses — contractors, trades, clinics and small practices. The agent answers your existing business number day and night, screens callers, books jobs, and texts you the details of every call. We do the building, training and launching. You keep control through a dashboard with hours, promos, notices and an on/off switch.

The call you miss at 4:40pm, halfway up a ladder, is a job someone else books by five. Nobody leaves a voicemail for a plumber anymore; they hit the next number on the list.

  • Answers on the first or second ring, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Works with the number already on your van, your invoices and your Google listing.
  • Screens the sales calls and the wrong-number calls before they reach your pocket.
  • Sends reminders and confirmations, so fewer booked slots go empty.
  • One dashboard, one toggle, changes in seconds.

What a call actually looks like

A burst pipe at 11:20pm. The caller gets a live answer, not a beep. The agent takes the address, the callback number, and the words "water coming through the ceiling," then texts you the whole thing in one message. You read it, decide whether it is worth getting dressed for, and call back — or leave it for 7am, knowing the job is already yours.

A tyre-kicker at 2pm asking whether you sell parts. The agent answers, says no, and the call never interrupts the job you are standing in.

The dashboard is the point

Every owner asks the same thing: what happens when something changes? The dashboard is one screen with four controls, built for someone who does not enjoy software.

  • Hours. Set holiday or temporary hours. The agent uses them on the next call.
  • Promo. Type the current special and the agent mentions it when it fits.
  • Notice. Post a short-term message — a shop closure, a supply delay.
  • On / off. Turn call answering off, and back on, whenever you want.

An illustration you can check yourself

This is arithmetic, not a result we are claiming for you. Say an average job is worth $400 and the agent recovers two calls a month that would otherwise have gone to voicemail. That is $800 of work against a monthly fee of $249. Change the job value to your own and the sum changes with it.

What happens when you start

  1. You send three fields. The next screen is the confirmation step, not a thank-you page.
  2. On that screen you enter a card for the $1 validation charge, and you read the trial terms before you agree to them.
  3. Within one business hour you get a text and an email from a named person at Genesis Voice Agents with a link to a 15-minute call.
  4. On that call we take your hours, services, service area, and the three questions callers ask most. We do not need your passwords or your phone carrier login.
  5. Your agent answers live within two business days, on your existing business number.

Full timing, wording and cancellation detail is on the free trial page.

Questions people ask before starting

What exactly happens after I fill in the trial form?
You land on a confirmation step that shows the trial terms and asks for a card for the $1 validation charge. Within one business hour a named person at Genesis Voice Agents texts and emails you a link to book a 15-minute setup call.
Will it use my existing phone number?
Yes. We forward your current business line to the agent, so callers keep dialling the number on your truck and your invoices. Nothing is printed again and no number changes hands.
What will the agent say on day one, and can I change it?
It greets callers with your business name, asks what the job is, gets the address and callback number, books into your calendar if you want booking, and texts you the details. Wording changes are made by us on request, usually the same day.
What happens if my hours change, or I'm closed for a holiday?
You open the dashboard and set the temporary hours yourself. The agent uses the new hours on the next call. The same screen holds a current sale or promo line, a short-term notice, and the on/off toggle.
What does it cost after the trial?
$249 per month, with no payroll, no per-minute surprises and no long contract. The only other charge is the $1 card validation at signup.
